"Slow responses and felt a bit impersonal"
I reached out with what I thought was a simple question, but it took longer than expected to hear back. When they finally replied, the answer was short and didn’t really feel like they were trying to help much. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I definitely felt more like a ticket number than an actual customer, and it made the whole booking process more frustrating than it needed to be.

We used skibanff.com for our family ski trip it just felt like the right call. Everything was easy to sort out, especially finding the kids’ lessons, which was a big relief. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful in that way that just makes things feel less overwhelming. I can’t really explain it, but it made the whole trip feel smoother and way less stressful for us

"Smooth Ride and a Friendly Driver"
I was a little anxious about catching the shuttle on time, but it showed up right when it was supposed to. Such a relief. The driver was really nice too, which made the whole ride feel easy and pleasant. Simple experience, but in the best way

"I bought this a while back…"
I bought this a while back, maybe around March or April, I can’t remember the exact date, but even after using it for some time, I’d still say it was worth it. It’s held up well and does what I needed it to do. No regrets on this one.

"Honestly, It Just Felt Easy"
I don’t know, everything just kind of worked the way I hoped it would. I found what I needed really fast, didn’t have to mess around with anything, and it ran fine on my phone. Just a really solid experience overall...

"Good value and easy to book"
I booked through skibanff the price was better than I thought it would be. The site was easy enough to use, and there weren’t any weird extra fees popping up at the end. Overall, it felt like a solid deal and good value for the money

"Slow help after a fall on a busy run"
I took a fall near one of the busier runs and it felt like it took forever to get ski patrol over. I’m not sure if they were short-staffed or if there was something else going on that day, but the response seemed really slow. The staff were fine once they got involved, but the signage and general safety control around that area didn’t feel great

"So... we spent way too much of..."
So... we spent way too much of the day just trying to figure out where we were supposed to go. The trail signs were confusing, some of the maps didn’t seem to match what was actually on the mountain, and a few junctions barely had any info at all. We ended up on the wrong run more than once, which got old fast. For such a busy ski area, the navigation really should be a lot clearer. It made the whole day way more frustrating than it needed to be.

Booking was easy overall. I got through it without any real problems, and the pages loaded just fine. It did take me a minute to figure out a couple of steps, though. I just wish the process was a little clearer in a few spots.

"Easy and hassle-free"
My gear was ready to go when I got there, the whole thing was super easy. No hassle, no waiting around, just grabbed what I needed and was on my way.

"One pass ended up being convenient"
I’ll admit, I wasn’t sure I’d really like using one pass everywhere, but it actually made things a lot easier. Switching between resorts was simple, and it saved us from dealing with a bunch of extra hassle.

"Easy pickup, but I felt a little rushed"
I booked my Banff lift tickets on Ski Banff and picking them up was straightforward. I just showed my confirmation at the counter, and they were able to find everything right away, which was a relief because I was already feeling a bit rushed that morning.
The only downside was the line was longer than I expected, so it took a little more time than I had planned. Once I got the ticket, though, it worked perfectly at the lifts, and overall it was a good experience...

"Yeah... the place just didn’t feel very well..."
Yeah... the place just didn’t feel very well looked after. The bathrooms were dirty, and the lifts, felt like they hadn’t been properly maintained in a while. It made the whole experience uncomfortable.

"Was shocked how fast the lifts were"
I booked through Ski Banff and went in expecting the usual long lift lines, but nope — I was kind of surprised right away. The crowds were way better than I thought they’d be for such a nice day. Most of the lines moved fast, and a couple times we literally just skied straight on, which had me like, okay, this is awesome. It never felt packed or stressful, and it made the whole day so much more fun. I’d definitely use it again.

"They got our hotel and ski package..."
They got our hotel and ski package sorted out really fast, and there were no headaches at all. Stuff like this is usually a pain for everyone, but this was super easy from start to finish.

"They promised great food on the hill, but it was disappointing"
I was expecting way better because they made it sound like the food up on the hill was going to be worth it. But nope — the fries were cold, the burgers were overpriced, and there wasn’t much flavor at all. Kind of annoying when a place hypes things up and then doesn’t deliver.

"I booked tickets but then we had to…"
I booked tickets but then we had to cancel because our plans changed. The cancellation process wasn’t really clear, and the refund was taking much longer than I thought it will. I had to email them more than once just to get any update. The money did came back in the end, but it wasn’t a great experience

"Parking seemed easy enough"
I found a spot quickly near the hill, which made the morning a lot less stressful. I was surprised it worked out that smoothly, though maybe I just got lucky and am giving the parking situation too much credit.

"Fine at first, but kind of frustrating after the basics"
It was okay when I was just starting out, and the beginner stuff worked well enough. But once I tried to move past the basics, the progression started feeling confusing, which got a bit irritating.

"Kind of an underwhelming day"
The runs were icy, the snow was patchy in a lot of spots, and, the terrain felt kind of dull after a while. It wasn’t the worst day out there, but, I was hoping for a bit more
